Location: Western Varrock (northwest of Juliet's house, east of the Barbarian Village) Requirements: Level 32 Cooking and a Chef's Hat. If you have a Skillcape of Cooking (level 99 Cooking required), you don't need a Chef's Hat to enter the Guild.
